We will start off the day with a gentle 2h breathwork session during which you will be lying on the floor, wrapped in warm blankets, your breath guided by specifically choosen music. This will allow your mind to quieten down, your armour to soften without being bulldozed and your body chemistry to shift in order for you to relax, release, realize and receive. During the whole process you will be in control of how deep you want your experience to be. Several instructors will be anchoring the session in a supportive yet non-invasive way. After this we will replenish ourselves with a homecooked, hearty, vegetarian lunch seamlessly sliding into an integration round, where we can share our experiences and dive deeper into issues that might need further attention. This is a women’s group and as such declared as a safe space for healing through pressence and awareness. Going into the second half of the day we offer an Anti Gravity Yoga session with individually tailored poses to move and stretch our bodies effortlessly supported by the hammock to further integrate or release more of what has come up in the previous session. Plus, it is great fun! Depending on time and weather we will have the oppurtunity to let the day end with a small campfire ceremony to chat and sing and dance. Since we are right next to the ocean cold water dips will be on the agenda when the oppurtunity arrises. This is a rough outline which we will change around or add to depending on the needs and intentions of our participants. We are very excited to meet all of you!
